What is an escape room?
Escape rooms are live-action adventure/puzzle games. Each room has a different theme or story as well as various unique puzzles that are theme specific. You have 60 minutes to figure out the varying puzzles and escape the room.
Are we really going to be locked in a room for an hour?
No, you will never truly be locked in the room. The door will always be open, there may be a lock or puzzle to get out, but that depends on the players wanting the fullest experience of the game. Players will be in constant contact with the Game Master and if there is any situation or emergency the game will be stopped.
Are we being watched by cameras?
Yes. You will be under surveillance while in the room, The Game master will be watching from the control room observing team progress and providing clues when needed.
Is there an age limit?
If you are under 14 years of age, you must be accompanied by an adult. If you are under 18 years of age and are coming without a parent or guardian you will need to fill out a waiver before participating.
What time should we arrive?
A good rule of thumb would be 15 minutes before your scheduled game. This will allow players time to check in and fill out waivers. This will also give ample time for players to be briefed on the theme of the game. If for some reason your party arrives late for your booking, time will be reduced appropriately, if you arrive late and your party has already started the game you will not be allowed to enter the room.
Should we book in advance?
Yes, all booking is done through our website and the farther in advance you book your game the better the chance of getting the day and time you want.
How much does it cost?
Children under 5 are free!
Are bookings refundable?
No, all sales are final. If for some reason your group is unable to play, contact us and we will reschedule your group for a different time/day.
Can I take picture or videos while playing?
No pictures or videos will be allowed during gameplay. Our goal is to preserve the experience for any new players. We don’t want to spoil the fun for those who have not got the chance to play yet.
